Eating delicious foods to help you loose weight? Yes! That's possible! It's just a simple math as you just need to eat few calories than burning your calories.

"Certain foods can help you shed body weight," - Heather Mangieri, RD, spokeswoman of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, "because they help you feel full longer and help curb cravings.", she added.

1. SOUP

- You must have a cup of soup regardless if it's chunky or not but you need to have at least 100 to 150 calories per serving .

2. BEANS

- They are high in fiber and slow to digest at the same time which you feel full for a long span of time.

3. DARK CHOCOLATE

- Yes! Chocolates! You may have at least a square or two of the dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate as if you eat a dark chocolate before eating a pizza, you will eat 15% less pizza versus those people who will eat milk chocolate based on the studies.

4. PUREED VEGETABLES

- Eat more veggies as well as your cheat foods and cut the calories on the food you are eating. Yes! That's true. A study by the Penn State researchers in which they put a pureed cauliflower and zucchini to mac and cheese. Hmmm. Sounds delicious! And during the said event, the people seemed to like it but it's 200 to 300 less calories than the regular mac and cheese. You may also try to cook your favorite dish with pureed vegetables.

5. EGGS AND SAUSAGE

-You just need to have a protein-rich breakfast to help you fight the snack cravings the whole day! 

6: NUTS

- Just take a handful of peanuts, pecans, walnuts and almonds, and you will have a great snack and you will eat less on your meals.

7. APPLES

- Apple will not just take a doctors away but it's also a way to loose weight. Just eat an apple fruit rather than drink apple juice or apple sauce as the apple fruit has more fiber and also blunt your appetite.

8. YOGURT

-Greek yogurt or the tradional one will help you to have a good curve on your waistline. "A Harvard study followed more than 120,000 people for a decade or longer. Yogurt, of all the foods that were tracked, was most closely linked to weight loss. That doesn't prove that yogurt caused weight loss, but it stood out among other foods." - Shelley Levitt

9. GRAPEFRUIT

- Aside from lesser the risk of diabetes, grapefruit will also help you to loose weight! Based on studies, people who ate half of grapefruit before each meals loose 3 1/2 pounds of their weight in over 12 weeks same as drinking grapefruit juice. It will help you to feel full though there's no proven fat burning properties. 

Be careful: "You cannot have grapefruit or grapefruit juice if you are on certain medications, so check the label on all your prescriptions, or ask your pharmacist or doctor." - Shelley Levitt
